For Kids
During the Family Dance Weeks
Dance for Kids (ages 6–11) – 1 hour daily. The young participants are guided by a professional instructor from the DJ's Dance Club. During daily practice sessions, the children learn various dance styles, with the main focus on having fun and staying active. The highlight is a show they rehearse together, where the kids can showcase their skills.
Dance for Teens (ages 12–15) – 1 hour daily. The teen group is taught by an experienced instructor from D!’s Dance Club, with a focus on modern dance styles and choreography. The teens have the opportunity to develop a performance together and showcase their progress in the final show.

For Adults
Dance Week & Family Dance Week
Adult Dance Party (for adults) – 1 hour daily. Under the guidance of Detlef D! Soost, an energetic fitness dance program is offered. He helps adults discover the joy of movement while motivating them to proudly showcase their progress in the final show.
Standard and Latin Dance – 1 hour daily Under the guidance of well-known instructors from the RTL dance show *Let’s Dance*, participants learn the elegant movements of classic dance styles. The course is ideal for improving expression and style while preparing for the final show.
YoDaQi Dance Yoga – 1 hour daily Led by experienced instructors, YoDaQi Dance Yoga is offered—a unique combination of yoga and dance that strengthens and relaxes not only the body but also the mind.
