For guests on our flight packages, the transfer from the airport to the hotel and back—if booked as such and noted on the confirmation—is included in the tour price. Please go to our Aldiana counter (No. 4) in the lobby after claiming your luggage. The bus transfer from Puerto del Rosario Airport takes about 1 hour. The distance from the airport to Aldiana Fuerteventura is approximately 90 km. The destination airport is Fuerteventura, Puerto del Rosario. Depending on your arrival time, your room will be available no later than 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. In most cases, however, you can check in earlier—often immediately upon arrival.

For package tours that include airfare, the transfer is included in the tour price. The bus transfer from Puerto del Rosario Airport takes about 1 hour. The distance from the airport to the Aldiana Club Fuerteventura is approximately 90 km. A taxi transfer from the airport to the Aldiana costs between €95 and €115. Guests have the option to bring oversized luggage for an additional fee, subject to availability. If you are bringing oversized luggage, please provide your flight details when booking. You can rent a car in Jandia/Morro Jable. The front desk at the Aldiana will be happy to assist you. Drivers and renters must be at least 21 years old. The driver must have held a valid national driver's license for at least 2 years.

The official language at the Aldiana Club Fuerteventura is German. Most of our staff also speak English. The local language is Spanish.

At the Aldiana Club Fuerteventura, you can use your electrical devices with the standard 230-volt plug used in Germany. You do not need an adapter.

Fuerteventura is in the GMT time zone and is therefore one hour behind Central European Time.

This tax is set by the respective state governments and collected locally. The amount may vary. All Aldiana guests will receive the exact and current tourist tax rates upon arrival at the Aldiana Club they have booked.

In general, you do not need any special vaccinations or medical protection for your vacation at the Aldiana Club Fuerteventura. However, we recommend that you obtain information in a timely manner regarding infectious diseases, vaccinations, and other preventive measures; if necessary, you should seek medical advice regarding thrombosis and other health risks. Please refer to general information sources, particularly local health departments, physicians with expertise in travel medicine, tropical medicine specialists, the Travel Medicine Information Service, or the Federal Center for Health Education.

The national currency in Spain is the euro.

Medical care is always available at Aldiana Fuerteventura. There is a German group practice in Jandia, about 2 km away. The doctor comes directly to the club for office hours every day except Saturday. You can find out the exact office hours at the front desk.

The Aldiana Fuerteventura features a pool bar and a beach bar. The bars serve a wide variety of drinks, such as coffee, cocktails, soft drinks, beer, and wine, as well as light snacks.

A vacation is also about enjoying yourself without a care in the world, which is why almost everything is included in the price of your stay at Aldiana Fuerteventura. The package includes our extensive buffets, gourmet menus, light wellness dishes, table water, soft drinks, and table wine. Even beer, soft drinks, and cocktails—with the exception of those from the à la carte menu—are included. Almost all sports and fitness activities, use of our Welldiana Spa, and introductory classes are already included in the package price. Of course, this also includes childcare and the entertainment programs. This gives you complete peace of mind when planning your vacation budget.

Aldiana Club Fuerteventura features a main restaurant with live cooking stations, where breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served as ready-to-eat gourmet dishes. There is also the specialty restaurant "Las Gaviotas." At Las Gaviotas Beach, our specialty restaurant, we’ll treat you to culinary delights in the morning, at lunchtime, and in the evening—all available à la carte. We’re also delighted to introduce our new Las Gaviotas Bar, formerly the chiringuito, where we’ll now surprise you with a complementary selection of exceptional quality. All food and beverages are available for an additional charge. Popular offerings such as our late-riser breakfast or the Snack Line are available to our guests at other locations within the club, so you can continue to enjoy these services.

Depending on availability, the facilities also offer diabetic meals, as well as lactose- and gluten-free options. We also offer vegetarian and vegan dishes whenever possible. You can reserve free baby and toddler kits for your vacation in advance. Additionally, the following are available at the club: travel cribs; diapers can be purchased at the Aldiana Club; baby food (local products) is available. Please register at the front desk one day in advance. Baby buffet

Children are welcome guests at the Aldiana Club Fuerteventura. We want their vacation with us to be an unforgettable experience, too. Making friends, discovering exciting new things, running around, playing, trying out different sports—we make everything possible for the little ones. Our counselors are known for their sensitivity and experience. Aldiana offers free childcare for children and teens ages 2 to 17.

Aldiana Fuerteventura has an entertainment team that’s there for you from morning to night—but only if you want them to, of course. It starts with a morning fitness class, followed by daily archery, games by the pool, and the Aldiana Show in the evening. Our entertainment team operates by the motto: Everyone can, but no one has to! You’re guaranteed never to get bored, and if you just want some peace and quiet, we’ll respect that, of course!

Aldiana Memories Day is held alternately under the themes “Black and White” or “Elegant.” We would appreciate it if you could coordinate your outfit accordingly.

The club features a mini-market, boutique, hair salon, and gift shop, as well as a laundry service (for a fee) and a dry-cleaning service (for a fee). Room service is available in the suites. Breakfast is available for a fee.

The Aldiana Club Fuerteventura has its own tour guide team, which is available to assist our guests with any questions or requests. For guests on our flight-inclusive packages, this also includes assistance upon arrival at the destination airport and later when departing for home. You can also book local excursions in the host country while you’re there. The tour guide is your expert point of contact for any questions you may have about your stay.

We recommend casual-chic summer and sportswear during the day, and a warm cardigan, sweater, or light jacket for the evening. At Aldiana restaurants, style is both expected and worn—the dress code is casual-chic. Men usually wear long pants in the evening. Once a week, there’s a gala dinner, alternating between “black and white” and “elegant” themes. We’d appreciate it if you could coordinate your outfit accordingly.

The front desk at the Aldiana Club Fuerteventura is open 24 hours a day and serves as the central point of contact for any questions you may have about your vacation.

The Aldiana Club Fuerteventura is located on a kilometer-long, expansive, white, fine-sand dune beach. Among connoisseurs, Fuerteventura’s beaches are considered the most beautiful in Europe. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for a fee.

The facility is suitable only for wheelchair users accompanied by an assistant. The following areas are wheelchair-accessible: the lobby, reception desk, restaurants, bars, disco, shops, fitness center, indoor pool, garden, swimming pool, and beach. Wheelchairs and walking aids are available at the club upon request.

Pets are not allowed at Aldiana Fuerteventura.

The Aldiana Club Fuerteventura features an outdoor pool (unheated), an indoor pool, a toddler pool at the Flosse Club, and a hot tub at the Welldiana Club Spa.
